1 - How to access & download your SnapCall subscription invoices on LiveChat

If you're here, this probably means you have already installed SnapCall to your LiveChat account and are ready to launch voice, video & screen sharing calls right inside the LiveChat platform. So let's go and see how to access and download your invoices regarding SnapCall on LiveChat!! 🚀


  1. On your LiveChat workspace, click on the "Billing" button on the left column
  2. Then click on the "Invoice" Section on the opened page

  3. On the page opened, you'll be able to find all the invoices of your account, including the one of SnapCall. You can download them, or change the administrator receiving them.
