1 - The best Zendesk Licenses & Packages suitable for SnapCall

We're excited to introduce a new SnapCall experience, enabling voice, video calls, and screen sharing inside Zendesk Chat, Messaging, and Sunshine Conversations. 🚀

Zendesk offers many services, managed by different kinds of subscriptions. 

In order to take full advantage of SnapCall services, it is important to have the right Zendesk licenses and systems depending on the channel used (Chat, Messaging, Sunshine Conversation).

Enabling Agent Workspace from Zendesk is better to fully exploit the different options of SnapCall. You can find more information about it here

Below is a comprehensive overview of the appropriate licenses for each channel:

 

  1. You want to use SnapCall with Zendesk Chat:

    SnapCall offers you two options to trigger a call with the customer. You can either send a calling card to the customer or a clickable URL link. 

    - If you want to use the calling card, then you need to have the Zendesk Chat Plan Enterprise on Zendesk, as well as Agent Workspace

    - If you want to use the clickable URL link, then, you can use a Zendesk Chat Team level license, a Zendesk Chat Growth level license, or a Zendesk Chat Professional level license.
    In this specific case, Agent Workspace is not mandatory, but having it enabled ensures you have the most efficient process. 

  2. You want to use SnapCall with Messaging:

    SnapCall offers you two options to trigger a call with the customer. You can either send a calling card to the customer or a clickable URL link. 

    In those two cases, Agent Workspace is mandatory. 

  3. You want to use SnapCall with Sunshine Conversation (SunCo):

    SnapCall offers you two options to trigger a call with the customer. You can either send a calling card to the customer or a clickable URL link. 

    In those two cases, Agent Workspace is mandatory. 

    The two options works with all the different Sunshine Conversation licenses.
