Sending user data to Aircall

In this article, we want to show how user data from your website or mobile app is sent to Aircall.

Once a registered user (you have some information, such as first and last name, email address, etc., about them) launches a call via the SnapCall button on your website or mobile app, the call rings on the Aircall number – valuable user data is provided to your team.

There's no setup you have to do to receive user data on Aircall – if you collect it on your side, we'll transfer it to the Aircall console automatically.

🎥 Check out how SnapCall integration with Aircall and the data transfer works in this short video

Receiving valuable user data (such as first and last name, location, URL of the page from which the customer is calling, email address, and the items in their shopping cart) allows your team to save time on identifying the problem that a customer is calling about or the product that your prospective buyer is looking to purchase. Also, getting on a call right inside your website or app helps create trust, and provide a great customer experience.
