Sending user data to Aircall


In this article, we want to show how user data from your website or mobile app is sent to Aircall.

Once a registered user (you have some information, such as first and last name, email address, etc., about them) launches a call via the SnapCall button on your website or mobile app, the call rings on the Aircall number – valuable user data is provided to your team.

There's no setup you have to do to receive user data on Aircall – if you collect it on your side, we'll transfer it to the Aircall console automatically.
