Boost user engagement with SnapCall Eye-catcher
LiveChat has recently introduced Engagement, a new Settings section, allowing users to enable setups that help boost your website visitors' engagement with the chat widget. One of them is an Eye-catcher – as LiveChat puts themselves "an image designed to grab your customer's attention and to encourage them to start a chat".
SnapCall has created an Eye-catcher that lets your customers know about the possibility to get on a call right inside the chat. Even though it's your team members who have the power to suggest jumping on a call, it's important to make sure your customers are aware of this feature and can ask for it if they feel more comfortable proceeding with their purchase or explaining their issue via the voice conversation.
Here's a step-by-step guide to enable the SnapCall eye-catchers for your LiveChat widget:
1. Choose which one of the two SnapCall eye-catchers you prefer and download them via the links here:
2. Open your LiveChat account and click on Settings.
3. Choose the Engagement section and click on Eye-catcher.
4. Make sure to select a wanted group for which the setup will be applied and click on Upload custom picture. Save the changes and you're all set!
