You can access and listen to the recordings of the inside-the-chat calls launched by your team.
How to find call recordings inside the SnapCall dashboard?
1. All the recordings are available and displayed inside the SnapCall dashboard for 30 days after the call.
2. There's also a possibility to export the statistics and access the recordings for 90 days after the call.
Please keep in mind that:
- Call recordings are only accessible for the managers (workspace admins).
- You can easily delete each of the recordings by clicking on the Delete button under.
