2 - How to access the recording of the calls on Zendesk?
Using SnapCall on Zendesk allows you to do Voice, video, and screen sharing calls with your customers.
This calling capacity is enhanced by an audio recording of the calls.
This article is here to show you how to access them and download them.
1. Go to your Zendesk workspace and open the SnapCall Dashboard.
2. Click on History on the menu bar.
3. Choose the Weekly or Monthly view on the drop-down menu
4. Click and choose the recording of the call you want to listen to. A media player is displayed and you can listen to the recording, download it, or erase it.
For data protection and following GDPR compliance rules, 90 days after the call itself, the recording will be automatically deleted by the system! 💪
