What statistics SnapCall provides?
Go to your Statistics tab on your Calls menu.
You have a general overview of all your past calls on a selected period of time with their status but also some numbers regarding your calls.
Don't forget you can filter your calls according to different criteria.
- Date of the call
- Status
- Picked up calls
- Missed calls
- Dropped calls
- Call attempts
- Rate of the call
- Agents
- Clients
- Buttons
You also have other statistics regarding the call duration by day, the platform used by your callers (Web or Application), the browsers used by your callers, but also the call rating.
