How to set a customer value for calls via Shopify


Go to your dashboard and if it's not already done link your SnapCall Account to Shopify πŸ”—

  • Go to buttons section
  • Click on the button you want to display according to the cart value of your user
  • Click on β€œedit” where you see General Info


If your account is connected to Shopify you can see this section "Minimum Cart Value".


By default, the minimum cart value is 0, but select an amount and the button will be displayed only when the user has more than the selected amount.

You can also choose to display the call button in certain pages

The Display Page and Minimum Cart Value rules are totally compatible. Play with them and don't hesitate to use both at the same time.
