The Call status enables you to understand the status of the call and the legs involved in it. With call status you can understand where the call is connected to and who picked it.
The following are the call statuses with their description:
Agent has answered the call and connected to the caller. |

Agent did not answer the call. The waiting time of the caller was higher than 10 seconds. |

Agent did not answer the call. The waiting time of the caller was below 10 seconds. |
|
User clicked on the call button but didn't accept the micro access. The call was not initiated. |
