What do I need to receive SnapCall calls on Zendesk?
In order to receive digital calls on Zendesk, there are two things to take care of:
- Download the SnapCall app on the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Make sure agents using SnapCall have Talk - Partner Edition on Zendesk Support. If you are subscribed to the Zendesk Enterprise plan, Talk - Partner Edition license is included.
