How to see agent statistics?
Go to your Agents tab in your Flows menu.
You can view in real time their statistics for your session. You can see:
- Their current state: if they are available or not
- The total duration with the “Online” status
- The total duration before taking calls
- The total duration of their conversation
- The number of missed calls
- The number of declined calls
You can filter those statistics by Agent and Date.
