How to transfer a call to another agent?
In some cases, you might need to transfer a SnapCall call to another customer support agent. No worries – it's super easy! 😉
1. So you're in a call with a customer and want to transfer the call to another agent from your team. Click on Agents list to see who's available to take the transferred call.
2. Select the agent to whom you want to transfer the call and click on the three dots appearing near their email address. If you don't see this agent on the list, you can search for them by typing in their email address in the search bar.
3. Click on Transfer call and will ring for the selected agent. A customer will be automatically put on Hold.
4. Your call is now on its' way to another agent. Click on the Go online button to become available again.
